Legacy lunch success

On Midsummer’s day, one of the hottest days of the year, over 40 legacy supporters attended our second lunch event at Minstead Lodge, followed by a tour round Furzey Gardens.

“I was really interested to hear more about what sorts of things Southampton Hospital Charity gets involved in within the Trust. Being a keen gardener, I also loved the tour around Furzey Gardens as I’d last been there in 1970. It really made the day extra special for me.” John Gardner.

Jacqui Cammish, legacy and in-memory officer comments: “The weather was as beautiful as the stunning settings, both at Minstead Lodge and Furzey Gardens. We had a great turn out today, with people asking lots of questions about the future of the Trust, and about the exciting plans the charity has for the future.”

Our next legacy event is our annual write your will month in September. Find out more information about this event, including participating solicitors, on our website.
